11.5 Any future contractor carrying out cleaning, repairs or other works affecting the treated brickwork should be made aware that the brickwork has been professionally tinted by Brick Makeover prior to commencing work.

12.1 The works shall be deemed complete upon practical completion by Brick Makeover.

12.2 Any concerns must be raised in writing within 7 days of completion.

12.3 Failure to notify Brick Makeover within this period shall constitute acceptance of the works.

12.4 Brick Makeover shall be given reasonable opportunity to inspect and rectify any proven defects before third parties are instructed.

13. Guarantee

13.1 Where applicable, Brick Makeover may provide a written guarantee.

13.2 Any guarantee shall apply only to the specific works detailed within the quotation or guarantee document.

8. Neighbour Notification

8.1 Paint removal works may generate noise, dust, vehicle movements and other temporary disruption that could affect neighbouring properties.

8.2 The Customer is responsible for informing adjoining neighbours that these works will be taking place. Where appropriate, Brick Makeover may also issue a courtesy notification to immediate neighbours prior to the commencement of the works. Such notification is provided as a goodwill measure only and does not create any contractual relationship or duty of care between Brick Makeover and neighbouring property owners.
