What is Render Cleaning?

Having clean render isn’t always just about looks, there can also be more serious issues that come into play if you don't clean your render regularly: moisture can get into cracks and cause more damage over time. Our render cleaning service combines a mixture of chemical solutions and pressure washing to restore both the colour and cleanliness of your render without damaging it.

Brick tinting ~10 recently replaced red bricks on my terraced property to match the older surrounding area Very reliable with great communication, turned up on time and performed the work whilst I was away from home. Sent me pictures throughout to make sure the bricks met my expectations which they certainly did, so much so that I can't even determine which bricks were new! Perhaps most pleasing of all was the value for money, quote came in significantly less (c50%) than the larger/more commercial companies and I can't imagine that the outcome would have been any better given the results I have had! Render Cleaning FAQs

No, we will always thoroughly examine the job before starting to ensure we are using the right technique and chemicals. If we think there is any risk of damage we will discuss this with you before starting the job.

Yes, we do. The chemical we use will be dependent on the type of render you have and the problem we are trying to fix. The chemicals will always be discussed with our customers before a job commences.

Most render will not be affected by a pressure or chemical wash. In our 20 years of experience in the building cosmetics trade, we have never seen our chemicals damage render. If it seems likely that the render will be damaged by the process, this will always be discussed with the customer before work commences.

If there is concern about the windows and doors, we will mask them up to ensure they are protected.

When pressure and acid washing, we will require access to your water supply in order to carry out the work.
