No, we will always thoroughly examine the job before starting to ensure we are using the right technique and chemicals. If we think there is any risk of damage we will discuss this with you before starting the job.

Yes, we do. The chemical we use will be dependent on the type of render you have and the problem we are trying to fix. The chemicals will always be discussed with our customers before a job commences.

Most render will not be affected by a pressure or chemical wash. In our 20 years of experience in the building cosmetics trade, we have never seen our chemicals damage render. If it seems likely that the render will be damaged by the process, this will always be discussed with the customer before work commences.

If there is concern about the windows and doors, we will mask them up to ensure they are protected.

When pressure and acid washing, we will require access to your water supply in order to carry out the work.
